This page explains how to ask us to delete the data our AI comment assistant may hold about you after you commented on the Facebook Page or Instagram account of one of our clients.

1. What Data We May Have

If you commented on a Facebook Page or Instagram account that uses our AI comment assistant, we may hold:

  • the text of your comment
  • your public profile name
  • your Facebook or Instagram user ID
  • the IDs of the comment and of the post
  • the text of our replies to you, public or private

We keep this data for at most 30 days after we handle the comment. The full picture is in our privacy policy.

2. How to Ask for Deletion

Email contact@dobify.dev and include:

  1. your Facebook or Instagram profile name
  2. a link to the comment

You can also contact the business whose post you commented on. That business is the controller of this data.

3. What We Delete

We delete from our systems all the data listed in point 1 that relates to you.

4. When We Confirm

We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days of receiving your request.
